Try these 5 steps for breathing when feeling anxious.
☁️ Sit in a quiet and comfortable place.
☁️ Put one of your hands on your chest and one on your stomach.
☁️ Take a slow breath through your nose.
☁️ Breathe out, slowly, through your mouth.
☁️ Repeat this process at least 10 times or until you begin to feel your anxiety lessen.
