Today we pause to remind ourselves and our community that help is always just three numbers away: 9-8-8.

From an Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT) perspective, reaching out is more than a crisis call—it’s an act of connection. Many of us learned early to hide our pain or handle it alone. But healing begins when we step out of isolation and let someone else join us in the moment.
