Our team had an incredible time at the Employee Ugly Sweater Christmas Soirée! From delicious food and thoughtful gifts to plenty of laughter and the ugliest sweaters in town, it was a celebration to remember.

📣🎉 Success Story Spotlight: Meet Rufus Smith! 🎉📣

We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible journey of Mr. Rufus Smith, who recently discharged home from Graceland Rehab & Nursing Center! 🌟

Mr. Smith, a proud retiree of the Memphis Sanitation Department with 22 years of dedicated service, has a heart full of love for his family and friends, especially his four wonderful grandchildren. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

During his stay at Graceland, Mr. Smith expressed how much he appreciated the compassionate care he received from our staff. 🩺💙 He credits their support and encouragement as a big part of his successful recovery and transition back home, where he will continue his progress with home health.
