We are excited about the future of All Better Pediatrics! In November, we are embarking on a new journey and becoming part of Zarminali Pediatrics.

All Better has worked to provide individualized care to families for generations in a space where you feel like you’re family. Zarminali pronounced "zar-mee-naah-lee" was founded on that same premise. With a name rooted in the meaning, “something that is more precious to you than gold,” Zarminali believes children are our most valuable gift in life and is devoted to partnering with parents and guardians through every stage of their child’s healthcare journey to create a better pediatric experience.

While our name is changing, the expert, compassionate care you know and expect is here to stay. We'll share more details in the coming weeks, however, today

Introducing our new IBCLC, Rachel Barber! Rachel began her professional career in public health, with an emphasis on breastfeeding. During her Master of Science program, she interned with an IBCLC and learned about challenges/barriers associated with breastfeeding and the lactation consultant profession. After earning her degree, Rachel served in the US Peace Corps in Zambia, focusing on safe infant feeding and other health topics. Upon her return to the United States, she worked as a program manager in the maternal and child health unit at the Wyoming Department of Health. Rachel later earned her bachelor’s in nursing and worked as a women’s services nurse in high-risk obstetrics on the antepartum unit. During this time, she cared for antepartum, postpartum, GYN, and well-baby patients and provided lactation support/education. Rachel is passionate about providing holistic care and is dedicated to helping families achieve their infant feeding goals through lactation support and education.

We welcome her to All Better Pediatrics and would like to wish her a Happy IBCLC Day !
