Due to recent city layoffs and new insurance negotiations, we understand that coverage may look different for many patients. We are now offering $125 self-pay visits for new patients and existing patients who have lost insurance or are not covered. Our commitment remains the same—we will walk with you, no matter the circumstance.

$125 dollars covers a full office visit but excludes labs

🚨🔔‼️ Weather Update: The office will be closed 1/27 and 1/28 due to weather conditions. Our goal is to return to the office as soon as it is safe to do so this week, and we will be monitoring road conditions daily to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

I appreciate your patience during this time. Many of you have been aware of Jerry's illness for some time. I have so appreciated the support. The office will be closed 26th-30th and will reopen the 31st.
Last night I lost the love of my life. For those who were aware his dementia has ravaged our lives but he remained the most amazing gently loving man I have ever had the privilege to know. I am proud of the life we built together and the family that we raised. He made me fearless, safe and secure. I was forever his bride and I was blessed to have 20 years as his wife. I will miss him everyday.
