💥We are looking to add a few new family members to the mix!💥

We are a small, privately owned mental health clinic in downtown Memphis. We have 3 providers and are looking for additional, part time support. The receptionist and the MA work side by side as the brains of the operation. They are the first face our clients see and the voice they become used to hearing on the phone. They answer phones, take vital signs, schedule patients, etc. A provider can only be as good as their support staff. It takes a team. Having people who understand the ups and downs of working in mental health is vital.

Requirements:
💠High School Diploma / GED
💠Knowledge of Mac / iOS platforms
💠Strong organizational skills
💠Self-motivated
💠Telephone etiquette
💠Time management skills
💠Punctuality
💠Strong attendance history
💠Integrity to complete jobs/tasks without micromanagement

Part time - Mornings or afternoons
Off Friday - Saturday - Sunday
