Tonight I wanted to share with you the first poetry book I ever published. This is The Birth and Death of Girl, published in 2018 by Spuyten Duyvil press in NYC.

It’s weird going back and reading old work. It doesn’t feel like me sometimes. But that was me! In my 20s. And I’m proud of what I made.

Keeping The Year: Beginning February 28th at 6pm at my house.

Monthly circle for folks interested in cultivating living that reflects the seasonal and cosmic changes in and around us. We will traverse the energy, mythology, and traditions of seasonal and cosmic wisdom, as well as explore belief systems, life changes/transitions, and artistic, philosophical, spiritual, and psychological expressions/thought traditions that inspire us in our quest to understand what it means to be human.

In a world that begs us to disconnect from our bodies and each other, this circle will offer space to forge trust in our collective wisdom and love for one another, remembrance of our place in nature, creation of ritual as a grounding force for life’s challenges and celebrations, and non-dogmatic exploration of who we are and why we are here.

This circle differs from others in that there are no centralized belief systems; we are welcome to gather wisdom from all traditions: spiritual, religious, philosophical, embodied, or otherwise. All we ask is that you bring curiosity and openness to the space, honor the input of others, and de-centralize the concept of spiritual “leadership”.

Monthly circles will be held at Zoë’s home office, and for her efforts of facilitation, there is a sliding scale monthly membership fee of $15-25. Additionally, at the two solstices and two equinoxes, there will be potluck-style community celebrations to mark the changing seasons.

You and your beloved will learn about the nervous system, and led through hands on practices that boost intimacy and connection, and enhance understanding and play.

Embodied Connection invites couples to open their hearts and minds to new ways of supporting and caring for one another.

In this workshop, couples will deepen their understanding of the nervous system, learn and practice techniques to deepen somatic connection, practice couples massage skills and breathwork, and enjoy beverages and charcuterie.

We will create a safe, intimate space to build connection with your beloved. This is a fully clothed, non-sexually focused workshop. Couples will gain knowledge about the nervous system, which will aid in navigating their relationship more presently going forward, and walk away with tangible skills for co-regulation, comforting touch, and couple’s massage.

We hope you’ll also enjoy the warm, welcoming environment, snacks, and romantic vibes!

For clarity, I’ve reworked some of my offerings so that there are two pathways to work with me. The somatics and bodywork pathway is for any and everyone: all genders, all ages, all experiences. The Whole Journey pathway is specifically for women in the childbearing year, and includes work during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum (and beyond).
