I have tried it all but until I addressed the root causes spiritually, mentally and physically, I was just playing wack a mole with my health issues like weight, inflammation, and fatigue to name a few. .
The world may tell us it’s has all the answers to our problems but only our heart knows what is best for ourselves. .
