Peepers optical offers same day service on most glasses prescriptions. We offer only the highest quality frames and lenses made of state of the art materials, such as Trivex the thinnest lenses available for people with hyperopia (far sightedness), Polycarbonate lenses, the thinnest, lightest, and most shatter resistant of all material for eyeglass lenses Transition lenses: a lightweight, plastic version of photochromatic lenses (darkening lenses sensitive to sunlight). These sections are usually placed where footing can be steep, loose, or exposed. A few helpful tips when you reach one:

• Keep three points of contact whenever possible
• Give the hiker in front of you enough space to move safely
• Use the chain for balance, not to pull your full weight

Taking your time on sections like this helps everyone stay safe and keeps the hike enjoyable.
