Today we celebrate World’s Down Syndrome Day!!

What is Down Syndrome?

A genetic chromosome 21 disorder causing developmental and intellectual delays.
Down syndrome is a genetic disorder caused when abnormal cell division results in extra genetic material from chromosome 21.

Quality Care Support Coordination provides services over West TN to those living with Down Syndrome. Our goal is to support these people to live happy and productive lives on their terms without limits!!
