When I first began in this business, I wanted to be the very best trainer I could be and offer something unique and innovative to my clients. I knew that there were many competitors in my field so I decided to play to my strengths rather than try and compete with my competitors because in the end we all are just trying to help people become healthier. I love being healthy, fit, and inventing new everyday concepts to get fit and live a long healthy life with my wife and family. I didn't have it easy getting to where I am in my fitness career. man with Type 2 Diabetes and little to no exercise in my life. I came to a breaking point in my life that forced me to make a life changing decision. I had to decide to either take my life back and become something greater or to continue on my current path of obesity. I decided to take the first road by becoming the best trainer/coach I can be with continued education, learning from colleagues, and with practical application and experience with each client over time. I never stop learning something new from clients, competitors, and friends. In my mind, knowledge is the key in this business and it is important to understand that you do not know everything to being a great trainer/coach. I consider myself a wellness trainer because unlike personal trainer, which is my certified title, I feel I focus on an overall wellness of more than the physical nature. As a wellness trainer I emphasize all angles of our lives from daily schedule, nutrition, physical fitness, and psychological health. Total wellness has to be in balance or people will never continue to progress. If one leg of a table is broken, the table will eventually fall. I offer my clients something different at every workout and meeting. I like to constantly keep my clients guessing what's next. One thing I pride myself on is my professionalism, accessibility in scheduling, family oriented style of training but more than anything making exercise just fun. My motto in the fitness is the following:
Fun, Innovative, Training, Nutrition, Entertaining, Simple and Safe
I always say we are here to get healthier, burn fat, and more than anything be safe getting toward our goal. Highlights
