Determined to change the law on TN concerning newborn's born addicted to drugs. As of now their mother is not held accountable. My daughter abused fentanyl her entire pregnancy and my granddaughter only lived 5 weeks. She had already overdosed prior with both her other daughters and no consequences other than losing her middle daughter to foster care. I have always had custody of her oldest. Our grandchildren's generation will mostly be raised by other family members of foster care. It has to stop. If you have any ideas on how I can try and pass some law holding these parents accountable please message me. Thank you!
