Join us on August 16 at Midtown Krav Maga for a day of competition, community, and, of course, 🍃.

(🍃 consumption is NOT required for event participation or admission. 😉)
About the tournament:
- 1st & 2nd place prizes (including 🍃 products)
- Divisions: Gi, No-Gi, Absolute
- Age requirement: 21+ to compete (and/or consume 🍃, spectating open ages)
- Opponent matching: Weight, rank, and gender
- Bracket structure: Madison Brackets (groups of 5 in a round robin)
Fees: $40 fighter registration + $10 for Absolute

Happy Universal Birthday Mom (Jane). She was the inspiration for Ounce Of Hope and continues to be. She was diagnosed with Polio at the age of 3 and battled MS until 2016. She was a school teacher, social worker, middle school guidance counselor, and a hospice volunteer. She had every reason to complain about her life but I never heard her do it. All she wanted to do was help others and that remains our mission. Until we meet again❤️😘
