We are thrilled to officially introduce Cullen Williams, BCBA, as the Early Intervention Preschool Readiness Program BCBA and Head Teacher of ACT’s Autism School!

Cullen has been a valued part of the ACT family for over 3.5 years, consistently demonstrating compassion, leadership, and dedication to the children and families we serve. His deep understanding of early intervention and passion for creating meaningful learning experiences make him the perfect fit to lead this exciting new chapter at ACT.

Our Story:
Since opening our ABA services in November 2020, we have had the privilege of working with over 100 children diagnosed with Autism across two locations in the Mid-South. As our services expanded into schools and daycares, we quickly recognized a growing need—children with Autism benefit most from highly individualized instruction tailored specifically to their unique learning profiles.

We had already implemented such instructional models within our clinics and saw measurable success in accelerating learning outcomes. This experience inspired the vision for our Autism-focused school: a learning environment built entirely around the needs of children with Autism.

Our school is designed to provide evidence-based, individualized academic instruction, with a low teacher-to-child ratio and a team of educators and professionals who are experienced and passionate about working with children on the spectrum. Our goal is to bridge the gap between therapeutic services and academic progress, creating a setting where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Mission:
Autism Centers of Tennessee exists to be the Mid-South’s leading provider of lifelong autism support—offering comprehensive services from diagnostic evaluations to therapy to education. We are rooted in compassion and integrity, building a culture where families thrive, staff grow, and teamwork drives meaningful change.
