Messy Hair Day Revelations
No Experience is a Waste of Your Time. We just lose sight of ourselves when we become so consumed in the world around us. If only we all had the mind to use every experience as an opportunity to truly observe ourselves under the light of refinement. We might just cover more growth and evolution than our kids’ kids’ kids’ could ever Thank us for. We might just f**k around and wipe out all the generational cycles that’s been dragging us through past lives. We might just become the hero we’ve always wanted and waited for… I’m just saying.
EDIT: The chipmunk voice was unwarranted but I lowered the pitch for my sound sensitive folks 🫶🏽

POV: You’re hiking next to a creek. You stop because you hear a little voice in the distance. You run through the trees and find a Lotus Goddess singing lullabies in the water. The water is crystal clear and she’s shining in its reflection. Or maybe the water is glistening in her reflection. This becomes a mystery to you, so you come closer for a better look. She sways the water towards you, saying “Welcome to my home. My holy waters. Only the spirit can swim here.” You question, “Are you a spirit?”. She replies, “Come and see for yourself.”

This is, by far, one of my favorite pictures of us . Seeing you front and center at every event/class/session. I love you so much. Thank you for always showing up and supporting me in everything I do. You may feel like there were some things you couldn’t give me, but I can affirm that I came into this world already equipped and ready to see the very moment that my healing with self started to help heal you and even help you heal with the women close to you. Fever in my bones. Find your way home.
Winter never truly leaves me.
She lives in my bones.
Chills up my spine.
Each year she makes me strong.
A heart built to last.
Will never fear being alone.
Went right, she turned me left.
What looked right, started to feel wrong.
Pushed into experience.
But it never took me long.
To learn. To heal. To grow.
The toughest love ever shown.
Now, Spring is ready to bloom.
May flowers grow from my bones.
Since winter never leaves me.
I shall be her new home.
Spring will bring balance.

I have sooo many moments in a day where I don’t want anything else but a good warm loving nurturing hug from someone I can trust. That’s it. Just to be able to lay my head on his shoulder. Hold his hand. Look to him for advice. To confide in. Calm my nerves. Encourage me. This is a feeling that I can no longer distract myself from. And I don’t want to anymore. I wanna find ways to burn with this passion. Walk in this knowing. & Sing sirens that will bring my baby back to me. A reminder that I am home. And that I never needed to leave me to find love. That the love that shines from my heart be the lighthouse to the part of me that ever felt lost. May the waves take you deep into the abyss and lead you back to shore. Cleansed & Baptized from confusion and fear. Returned anew & Assured in love. Blessed by grace, an eternal hug.
