I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 27 years old.
At the time, I remember thinking my life would never look the same again.
The pain.
The fatigue.
The brain fog.
The days when my body felt like it was fighting against me.
But here I am — years later — living a full, meaningful, joyful life.
Not because the symptoms magically disappeared…
but because I learned how to support my body instead of fight it.
I learned how to manage inflammation.
How to listen when my body whispers so it doesn’t have to scream.
How to nourish my mind, my sleep, my stress, my habits.
How to give myself grace and discipline at the same time.
And now — my purpose is to help others do the same. 💛
If you’re living with fibromyalgia (or chronic pain of any kind), I want you to know:
You are not weak.
You are not broken.
And you are not alone.
There are ways to calm the flare days.
There are ways to rebuild your energy.
There are ways to reclaim your life.
If you need someone who gets it
Someone who’s walked it
And someone who’s learned how to rise through it —
I’m here. 🫶
Drop a 💜 or message me.
Let’s walk this together.
