At just 20 years old, Stephanie Durnell’s life changed with a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis she barely understood at the time. What followed was years of uncertainty, learning to listen to her body, and redefining what strength looks like. Instead of letting fear dictate her limits, Stephanie leaned into movement, faith + education- and discovered that running could be both medicinal and grounding, even on the hardest days.

Today, after 24 years with MS, she’s still running—half marathons, relays, and showing up for herself as a working mom of three. Learn more about Stephanie’s journey in our January issue, available online and on stands 💙💚
