Meet Ashley — teacher, nutrition coach, and the heart behind our SANA Nutrition Reset.
Ashley’s wellness journey was shaped through her own healing after a serious shoulder injury, where she chose slow movement, whole foods, fresh juices, and daily ritual over force and quick fixes. That experience became the foundation of everything she teaches today: sustainable nourishment, deep presence, and real-life healing.
In her classes and her coaching, Ashley leads with compassion, education, and a powerful reminder that the body knows how to heal when it’s supported with consistency and care. Whether she’s guiding you through stillness on the mat or helping you rebuild your rhythm through nutrition, her work always comes back to one thing—trusting your body again.
