Well this is an honor. Thank you for selecting me as Best Physical Therapist in Memphis in Best of Memphis 2024. I don’t take this lightly and have been pretty teary all evening. Thank you Memphis, thank you to my people, and thank you to my team who are literally treating 100s of people a week for issues that were once shamed, hidden, or pushed aside.

Let’s keep normalizing care for pelvic health issues and acknowledging the women leading the revolution.

There are so many layers to motherhood. I’ve been reflecting on this all day as I’ve seen the rainbow baby posts. When most see me, they see a mother of three children. But I am a mother of two chemical pregnancies and false hopes prior to my firstborn and a 12 week miscarriage between my first and my second. Both of these babies are my rainbow babies, and both of them continue to shape me as a mother, woman, and healer.

I spend my days sitting with you all, holding space, with you and your stories. At this point in my career, I feel that rainbow babies and losses are more the norm than the exception. I see you all and I sit with you in the quiet as you honor the ones we don’t have photos of, but that held our hearts for a time.

Sending you all love today and always.

So, in the middle of the busiest month we’ve had since starting MOJO Pelvic Health, I finally took my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification exam.

I started this program before I was pregnant with my 8 year old and 3 babies and 3 states later, I’m officially done. (But not really because I’m obsessed with con Ed.)

I was talking to one of my PTs today about how much I still love my work with you all, and how I truly celebrate and feel the feels with you all along your healing journey.

Pelvic PT changed my life a decade ago and I plan on spending the next few returning the favor.

This was a long time coming and I’m excited to now be a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner.

Now no more cram sessions when I should be chilling watching some football! :)

Today was ‘s first day !

I’m so proud of her and grateful for her driving across that cracked bridge these past few months for training and mentoring. She is such a gem and we are so proud and excited to have her on our team.

This picture was taken months ago when we first found our Northeast Arkansas home

Pelvic PT can and should be available to everyone and women like Kristen and Summer (owner of Willow) are how we make that happen!
