Update on FisherFisher just finished his second 24-hour chemo treatment in Baton Rouge. After these treatments, he has to stay until his urine chemo levels drop to a safe range before he can go home. During his first round, he was there for 5 days. This second time, it stretched to 7 days.
He's handling it all with strength, but food smells are tough for him and often make him nauseous. His blood pressure has also been a bit of a challenge. Still, through it all, we know he’s in good hands. Even when his hospital stays are longer than expected, we trust it's what's best for his healing.
Thank you for the continued love, prayers, and support. It means everything to our family.
