I AM still very relevant, albeit I took a long needed break from posting on this page. I've come to realize that I AM a healer and yet find myself pondering on who heals a healer. I took time to heal and rediscover some things about myself as well as confronted some things within myself. I am greatly appreciative for the support that you all have given and continue to give. I will be posting more helpful and informative content on this page moving forward. Watch for new services, videos and a bit of inspiration that helps us all to heal and maneuver through life. What story are you telling to the World? Are you having positive self talk or are you a victim to your circumstances? Being a massage therapist is more than bodywork on any given day. I listen to some of my clients stories and the things they have told for so long that even they themselves believe the most limited messages. When you put limitations on your existence you tend to forget how powerful you really are. We all have the ability to change our message, missions and stories.
