Work Steady Works WorkSteady Works, LLC is a ‘one stop shop’ for the disabled worker who wants to work. The career development services and support is unique to each individual.

As an Employment Network (EN), we work with SSI and SSDI beneficiaries in their desire to become financially stable and independent. If you are entering or re-entering the workforce, you are free to participate in the Ticket to Work Program, an employment support program for people with disabilities interested in going to work. The ticket program is a good fit for people who want to improve their earning potential and are committed to preparing for long-term success in the workforce. We focus our attention on making the ‘right fit’ for the job seeker and for the employer. In that, we are committed to providing the beneficiaries with free employment support services and life changing results. As an Employment Network(EN), participation in the Ticket to Work program starts when a personalized plan called an Individual Work Plan is created and agreed upon by the beneficiary and the EN. This is created as a ‘roadmap’ to accomplishing your goals. We succeed when you succeed. A beneficiary has the ability to enter the Ticket Incentive Program while exploring employment. Cash benefits, Medicare or Medicaid often continues throughout transition and protection to help return to benefits if unable to continue working due to your disability.
