Florida is cutting access to HIV medication for thousands of people.

Beginning March 1, the state will:
• Drop ADAP income eligibility from 400% to 130% of the federal poverty level
• Remove Biktarvy, a widely used once-daily HIV medication
• Push an estimated 10,000–16,000 people off coverage or force medication changes

Health experts warn this will reduce medication adherence, lead to viral rebound, and put lives at risk.
