ICYMI: A positive step in the fight for abortion rights and our reproductive health care! A three-judge panel has ruled against the state of Tennessee's request to dismiss the case that the state's near total abortion ban "exceptions" were too vague, and that they don't do enough to protect the lives of pregnant people. The case will now move through the state courts. Thank you to Dr. Laura Andreson, Allie Phillips, and all the plaintiffs in this case who are fighting so hard for our rights. https://ow.ly/Z9YC50XiILz
