Colonoscopies offer real risks.

The conventional medical model follows a formula in which certain interventions are recommended in the name of prevention. This raises important questions: How do we think about preventive measures that involve risks? How do we make decisions in a system where many procedures have potential downsides?

Many people don’t consider the potential for side effects when they interact with western medicine and they are often not informed about the true risks.

They simply follow recommendations without fully understanding of alternatives or potential for error. They’re told these procedures are important for early detection, and they often don’t learn about the risks until something goes wrong.

What might change if we listened to our bodies earlier? What if we got quiet enough to hear what our bodies are communicating and respond with more awareness?

What if, instead of relying solely on recommendations, we learned to understand our symptoms instead of fearing them?

What if we were empowered with knowledge that helped us feel more confident navigating changes in our health?

What if we could move through these moments without immediately hitting the panic button?
This kind of empowerment is possible, and I’ve helped thousands of people move toward deeper awareness and ownership of their health.

If you’re ready to leave fear behind and learn how to better support your body, click the link below and I’ll send you my signature protocol for free.

I love making chaffles! They are so cute! I also love that they are so easy, my kids can make them.
When kids help make recipes, they are more likely to eat them. Get your kids off sugar and carbs with recipes like this! 🧇

To make my keto chaffles, instead of cheese, I used Equip Prime Protein. I like to have dairy free recipes for my clients, and this one is super delicious and satisfying!

Our Story

Dr. Dale Foster’s younger brother, Dean, had Cerebral Palsy and Dale knew that, despite his struggling body, he was a bright little boy full of love and good humor. This special relationship drew Dale to study the connection between the brain and the body.

With a passion to help people optimize the full potential of their brain, Dale became a Clinical Neuropsychologist who also holds the highest certifications possible in QEEG and the field of Neurofeedback. In addition to offering evidence based brain training services, Dr. Foster also performs Neuropsychological Evaluations and other assessments of cognitive, emotional, and psychophysiological functionality, and provides traditional psychological services.

Lee Ann Foster experienced several different challenges growing up and as an adult, found herself dealing with the effects of developmental trauma. After Lee Ann and Dale’s two daughers were born, Lee Ann began to experience emotional and health challenges related to the unresolved trauma. Counseling and talk therapy was helpful, but just to a point. What brought her true breakthrough was using the tools and technology available at NeuroSource to retrain the brain and body.

Another important factor in her healing was learning how to truly care for herself in ways that allowed her body to heal itself . Lee Ann now uses all the things she learned on her extensive healing journey to equip others who find themselves dealing with the consequences of trauma and pain so they, too, can find relief from suffering and live with purpose and joy.
