Immerse yourself in the harmonious blend of elemental wisdom, meditation, and movement in our Ta**ra Embodiment class. Through guided pelvic floor exercises and music tones, discover the power of centering and heightening your energy for free expression. Connect with the rhythms of nature and your own body as you explore the sacred union of mind, body, and spirit.
New to yoga and/or meditation, or if you have been practicing for a long time, all are welcome and encouraged to engage in this class. We invite you to come ready to learn about yourself and discover the truth and power that lives within you.
What to expect:
This class will explore Ta**ra elemental meditations and movement forms, specifically focusing on deepening our relationship with self and pleasure. Come ready to move, share, and find ways of exploring how to build more connections in your daily life, in your practices, and in an embodied way.

* Journal + writing utensil

Libby Campo founded Your Inner Yogi in 2015 to offer genuine, accessible, and sustainable yoga promoting inner healing, better health, and overall wellness. Since being introduced to yoga in 2007, Libby has been inspired and driven by the impacts of the practice so much that yoga, the practice of union, to unite or to connect, is a non-duality practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, and embodiment throughout her life and teachings. Libby has a resourceful tool kit of education in Yoga, Energy Work, Ta**ra, and Sexology. Her creative impulse moves her to combine teachings to create spaces that nourish and accept folk where they are. Libby’s classes encourage connecting and exploring more deeply with the intention of yoga and mindfulness becoming a practical and sustainable life practice of growth, compassion and understanding, and love.
