Current, extensive board experience Advocating for youth and community since 2010, Michelle Renee Jones is a force of nature—a woman whose purpose is clear, whose vision is unwavering,
and whose impact is nothing short of transformative. Memphis, she has created a sanctuary of empowerment, offering opportunities, resources, and support to those who need it most. Through her tireless dedication, Michelle has turned the struggles of youth and adults into stories of resilience and triumph. Michelle’s work began with a simple but powerful belief: “HOPE IS WHERE THE RESOURCES ARE!” In 2010, she founded WEE Care Inc. Memphis to break the cycles of poverty, incarceration, and disempowerment that too often trap individuals in hopelessness. Her programs are more than just a lifeline—they are stepping stones to a brighter future, filled with potential and promise. Through Juvenile Success, Michelle equips young people with the tools they need to build their own path through effective-accelerated programs that teach them life skills, entrepreneurship, the power of self-belief including scholarships, volunteerism and mentorship. These young minds, who may have been overlooked or undervalued, are shown that their dreams are possible, their voices are important and their future is in their hands. Through Community Re-Entry, adults returning from incarceration are provided a platform for healing and renewal. Michelle doesn’t just assist individuals with employment; she empowers them to reclaim their lives, rebuild their confidence and take control of their destinies. It’s about breaking free from the chains of the past and creating a new narrative – a narrative of success, self-determination and pride. Every program, every interaction, every success is a testament to her belief in the power of human potential. Michelle has built a legacy of transformation, showing that with the right support, guidance and belief, anyone can overcome their past and create a future they are proud of. In Michelle’s world, there are no limits, only possibilities. She doesn’t just change lives, she empowers them to soar! YEARLY COMMUNITY & CITY-WIDE EVENTS:
