We are opening our NEW clinic TOMORROW regardless of the inclement weather! 😀

We just can’t wait any longer to share this cozy place with you all!

We’ve rushed and moved through icy roads and freezing temps to meet our move in goal and NOW we are ready to serve all our clients and get to see everyone that we had to miss last week due to the weather!

If you or someone you know could benefit from some extra groceries right now, we will have a “ blessing cart” set up tomorrow outside of our clinic starting around 10:00am. We love our clients and our facebook friends and we know that there are a lot people struggling right now so hoping this can be a blessing to some that might need it. 🫶🏼❤️🫶🏼❤️

Biggest questions answered below:

Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment? Nope! We keep the process as easy as possible.

Do you take insurance?
YES! We accept several major plans and some insurance plans even cover mental Health services 100% so it doesn’t cost the client anything to attend.

How soon can I get in? Usually within the week

Do I have to come in person? No. We offer telehealth services to anyone in the state of Arkansas!

We live in a world where BUSY is considered “normal” and even idolized sometimes 😵‍💫…. but I think sooooo many of us DESIRE and may even NEED to slow down! 😮‍💨

Here’s the catch though… “slowing down” is hard and may even seem impossible in a lot of ways….
Soooo start by trying for just a brief “moment of peace” (example; a deep breath at a stop sign, sitting outside while you wait for your coffee rather than behind your phone, feel the sun on your face before you hop into the car, start saying NO to unnecessary to-dos, etc…) then work up to being able to experience a few “moments of peace” per day.

It really can help, even in short bursts, if you’re intentional about it! ❤️❤️ Give it a try, I hope it works for you too ☺️😘

Still loving this reminder. If we create safety for children to come to us with their feelings while they are small, then the foundation will be built for them to continue to come to you as teens when they need someone 😘❤️

Crying is a healthy and necessary way for kids to express their feelings. By saying ‘stop crying’ we send the message that their feelings are not important, not valid, silly, or annoying.
