Brynlee is demonstrating PNF D2 extensions to improve upper body coordination, strength, and functional movement.

💣 PNF= Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. PNF uses specific movement patterns that mimic how your body naturally moves in everyday life, rather than just straight up-and-down exercises. Think putting on a seatbelt, tucking in a shirt, or reaching for something on a shelf.

💣 Using a PNF D2 extension pattern challenges shoulder stability, coordination, and muscle activation in a functional movement pattern.
