Some of you have already met her—she started with us last week, and it didn’t take long to see what a great fit she is. Melanie is organized, kind, hardworking, genuine, and already taking great care of our patients.

She’s also a proud mom of two Bearcats and genuinely fun to be around.

Hi everyone! My name is Kaley Golden, and I’m a student Doctor of Physical Therapy at Arkansas Colleges of Health Education. Over the past 14 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of completing my final clinical rotation at Advanced Spine and Therapy.

As my time here comes to an end, I just want to say how grateful I am for the experience. I’ve truly enjoyed working with such an incredible team and getting to know all of the wonderful patients. This has been such a meaningful part of my journey, and I will genuinely miss being here every day.

Thank you all for welcoming me, supporting my learning, and making this experience so special!

Brynlee is demonstrating PNF D2 extensions to improve upper body coordination, strength, and functional movement.

💣 PNF= Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. PNF uses specific movement patterns that mimic how your body naturally moves in everyday life, rather than just straight up-and-down exercises. Think putting on a seatbelt, tucking in a shirt, or reaching for something on a shelf.

💣 Using a PNF D2 extension pattern challenges shoulder stability, coordination, and muscle activation in a functional movement pattern.
