Meet Our Provider—Stephanie Rostollan, she is a dedicated healthcare professional with a compassionate approach. With over two decades of nursing experience since 1999, she obtained her APRN in 2023. Originally from Greenwood, AR, Stephanie has been serving Polk County since 2023. She is a devoted family person, being married with four grown children and five grandchildren, expecting a new addition this spring. Outside of her profession, Stephanie enjoys various activities. Committed to patient-centered care, she prioritizes honesty and integrity. Schedule an appointment by calling our office (479) 385-2444. 🪄 Dry Needling for Pain!

Tight or painful muscles can come from overuse, injuries , running, walking, or even prolonged standing. Dry needling targets trigger points within the certain muscles to help relieve tension and restore normal muscle function.

Benefits include:
• Decreased muscle tightness
• Improved flexibility and mobility
• Reduced pain and cramping
• Better circulation and muscle activation
• Faster recovery for runners and athletes

💡 You may feel a quick twitch or mild soreness afterward—this is normal and typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Dry needling works best when combined with stretching, strengthening, and movement retraining.

Jayden was a champ today! Being a little nervous to get dry needled is normal, but being in pain isn’t! Ask us if dry needling is something that would benefit you!
