Hope Clinic & Care Center Donate to our Renewed Hope Campaign and help us provide free healthcare to the under-served and uninsured in the Fox Valley.

Our mission is to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to medically uninsured residents of the Fox Valley by providing holistic, quality care, resulting in the healing of body, mind, and spirit. If you are in need of affordable basic health care, we would like to help. To be sure that our resources are given to those that need it most, all new patients will need to complete a financial eligibility assessment in order to receive care and treatment. If you do not meet the eligibilty criteria, we will offer information about other health care services in the community that may be appropriate for you. ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS:
No health insurance
Not current enrolled in state or federal insurance plan (medicaid, Badgercare Medicare, Veteran's benefits)
Household income at or below 250% of the federal Poverty Guideline.

Weather Update: For the safety of our patients, volunteers, and staff, Hope Clinic will delay opening until 10:00 AM tomorrow due to the forecasted weather. We will continue to monitor conditions tonight and early in the morning and will provide updates if anything changes. Stay safe!
