Today we finished off a great month! Thank you to our loyal client realtors and their great sellers, we had one of our best months!
We assisted clients in Mendham, Basking Ridge, Princeton, Morris Plains and Sparta!

As always, we are there to help get our clients and their client’s to successfully pass the state required home sale fire inspection and ensure their buyer's new home is safe and up to the current NJ State fire code requirements!

New York State is taking proactive steps to combat lithium battery fires.

You too can prevent lithium battery fires by unplugging the batteries once fully charged, not leaving them charging unattended and certainly not leaving them charging in your home while you sleep. E-bike fires have become a major cause of fatal fires in the metropolitan areas such as New York City. When buying replacement lithium batteries always do your research first and should always consider getting the battery from the manufacturer.

Today is National Retro Day. Many like to use retro items to decorate their homes.
