Knowing where you are in your cycle, perimenopause, or menopause helps us understand what your pelvis needs today — not what it needed last week or last year.

Yes, it’s specific.
Yes, it’s scientific.

And it’s also incredibly empowering.

Today was one of those aha moments in group class — when the work clicked, the body felt supported, and strength showed up without pain or forcing.
This is how confidence is built.
This is how movement starts to feel good again.

This is how women leave class feeling strong, capable, and grounded.

My healing journey has been deeply physical — advocacy, education, and learning how to support my body after having three kids.

And over time, I realized something important: the physical work wasn’t the whole story.

Working with Heidi Roth, I was introduced to numerology — not as prediction, but as a way to understand myself more clearly. Through my birth numbers and timing, Heidi helped me see patterns in how I move through the world, what grounds me, and what my nervous system actually needs.

That perspective didn’t replace the physical work.
It expanded it.

Now, I’m bringing this experience to my community.

On January 22 | 10:00–11:30 AM, Heidi and I are hosting Alchemy of Self — a small, intentional numerology, cacao, and meditation experience.
