Had such a wonderful time with Elizabeth Franze and Pia Leone with our TA experience @ Jefferson Rehab in Philly for the weekend. Got to interact with Very enthusiastic bunch of therapists wanting to dive into the world of pelvic floor. It also felt amazing to be back into the city (after 13 long years) where I became the therapist.

Learn with me about vaginal pain ! Vaginal pain can be very uncomfortable that some activities as simple as inserting tampons, Gyn visits and s*x can become unbearable. Educate yourself and more females around you that it’s not normal and there is help out there.

How to check for Diastasis Rectii at home by yourself. However always confirm with your Pelvic floor physical therapist if not sure.
