Happy almost December!!! The first whispers of a snow storm are upon us. Reminding folks that I can really only work Tuesdays and Wednesdays right now and don’t have the flexibility to swap to a different day like I used to.

Gratitude is something I encourage you to practice regularly- there are so many benefits!

While we're all amping up for the holiday season, please remember to give yourself permission to say "no", consider your own capacity, and make sure to prioritize things to enjoy and fill up your own bucket. No judgement if you have Hallmark movies playing 24/7!
