The key to freeing the body from illness, aches, and pain lies within our lymphatic system — a dynamic network of vessels and organs that work together to get rid of waste, toxins, and excess fluids that your body doesn’t need. Lymphatic fluid flows through lymph vessels, which connect lymph nodes. As it passes through the lymph nodes, white blood cells trap and eliminate harmful particles. Like blood in the circulatory system, lymphatic fluid is always moving. However, when it becomes inflamed, sluggish, or clogged, it can lead to chronic health issues, such as frequent infections with prolonged recovery times, digestive issues, fatigue, muscular stiffness, recurrent headaches, skin discoloration, and the list goes on. Learning how to actively support our lymphatic system is essential for maintaining lasting health and vitality.
In our new course Science-Based Lymphatic Drainage Rescue, join Dr. Jennifer Ashby, DAOM to learn how to create and maintain a healthy lymphatic system. Blending Western science and Eastern medicine, you’ll learn evidence-based practices to enhance your lymphatic function to aid in healthy circulation and stimulate drainage, leading to improved energy, immunity, and overall vitality.
