The goal of this month is to break the stigma of seeking mental health care and make accessing to mental health treatment and services easier.

➡️ People who identify as being two or more races (24.9%) are most likely to report any mental illness within the past year than any other race/ethnic group.

➡️ Su***de is the second leading cause of death for Indigenous and Native Americans between the ages of 10 and 34.

➡️ Research shows that only one in three Black Americans who need mental health care actually receive it.
