I wrote a book. Like a real one, without pictures. About how everybody sucks sometimes. Including me. Especially me, and I’m also really proud of it.
I wrote it during one of the hardest years of my life — while also launching a holding company with 5 businesses in it, including a cannabis dispensary called Pot Mamas (opens Friday!). As a therapist. My first love is mental health, and somewhere along the way I decided the logical next step was to start more businesses, sell w**d, and write a self-help book simultaneously. Growth is not always linear, people.
Here’s what this book is NOT: stuffy psychobabble. No jargon. No perfectly curated healing arc. No “have you tried journaling?” energy. (Okay, I might actually mention journaling. But not like THAT. Not the boring kind.)
Here’s what it IS: the real deal. Messy, funny, honest, and occasionally mortifying. It’s either no joke or entirely a joke — I genuinely can’t tell you which, and I think that’s the point.
You will laugh until you p*e. (Not because laughter-induced incontinence is the goal — it’s 296 pages, you’re just going to need a bathroom break at some point.)
It’s called Everybody Sucks Sometimes: Coping With The Hard Stuff And Embracing Your Perfectly Messy Life, and it’s officially available for pre-order on Amazon. 🎉
Here’s my ask: if you’ve ever quietly been relieved to know you’re not the only one who’s a work in progress — will you pre-order it? Pre-orders are the lifeblood of a book launch. They tell the publisher, the bookstores, and the algorithm that real humans actually want this thing.
And I really want this thing to reach the people who need it.

Thank you for being part of this weird, wonderful journey. 💛
