What’s the secret to a healthy smile? Diet, home care, and seeing your dentist! 🦷

Diet- It’s okay to have treats on occasion, but it is important to limit the frequency. Avoid sipping on acidic drinks or frequent snacking on carb-rich or sugary food. Remember- sip all day, get decay!

Home care- Brushing with a fluoride toothpaste and flossing regularly is the best way to prevent cavities. Some toothpastes can actually reverse early cavities with proper use!

Dental care- Routine visits to the dentist help keep your mouth healthy and also help catch issues when they are still small and possibly reversible. Seeing us once every 6 months can help keep your dental care more conservative!
