Meet Maria Chicchelly, Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for OSF HealthCare in Ottawa, Streator, Peru, Princeton and Mendota! For the past 5 years, Maria has been a passionate leader, helping shape the care we provide across our communities.

💙 Doctors Week Wrap-Up 💙

We had a fun week celebrating Drs. Estrada-O’Brien, Matheis and Watson at the OSF Medical Group - Primary Care clinic. From twin day to superhero day, there were plenty of smiles along the way.

Between caring for patients and keeping the clinic running, we only managed to sneak a few fun photos along the way.

We’re proud to share that our I-80 nurses, Dolly Pierson, Paige Wittenauer and Stephanie Francis, attended OSF Nurses Day at the Capitol in Springfield on March 26, 2026.

Joining Melinda Cooling, DNP, Chief Nursing and Advanced Practice Executive and our Governmental Relations team, they helped represent the voice of nursing. It was a proud moment to see them recognized on the floors of both the State Senate and House of Representatives.
