Hi.....
I’m Remy Hilchey. I earned my Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders – Speech-Language Pathology Option from California State University, Fresno and I am earning my Clinical Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from Loma Linda University. I have been licensed for the past 16 years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work in two states, countless public and private settings, and treat everyone from children with autism spectrum disorder to senior veterans recovering from traumatic brain injuries. I specialize in stroke, traumatic brain injuries, swallow disorders, voice including laryngectomy and gender affirming therapy, and Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) or speech generating devices.
I am certified in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP), and Modified Barium Swallowing Impairment Profile (MBSImP) . I have experience working in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, in-patient and out-patient settings, along with telehealth & home health.
With Hilchey Speech Therapy Services, we will work together to help bridge the gap whether this is in communication, cognition, or swallowing. As a clinician, my goal is for each client to feel valued and empowered to meet their therapy goals.

Today marks the first day that Hilchey Speech Therapy Services is on Social Media. I want to thank everyone who has helped get us here and I am super excited to see what the future brings to our Speech World.

A little bit about me, I was born and raised in San Bernardino. After graduating high school, I pursued my career in Speech-Language Pathology at California State University Fresno to earn my Masters in Communicative Disorders in 2004.

I have served the Fresno County area from March 2004 thru Aug 2014 when my husband received orders with the Army to relocate to Blaine, Minnesota. After 2.5 years of learning how to handle the cold, and snow, Jarid retired from the Army. After he retired, we found our way back to the warm weather in Sunny Southern California where we now live in Menifee, CA. 🥰🤩
