I am a very seasoned therapist with over 15 years professional and lived experience. My goal is for clients to access their strengths, reach goals, and overcome life's many challenges. I am very optimistic and believe clients can live a health and happy life by accessing their strengths and accepting who they are. I have extensive experience working with adults and seniors, who struggle with stress, anxiety depression and bipolar issues. I utilize a client centered approach with empathic listening, cognitive behavioral techniques and the 12 step model for substance abuse. Additionally, I have helped clients and their family members successfully work through challenges and life transitions. For those with mobility and/or transportation barriers I offer IN-HOME THERAPY where I come to you.
