Supported 3 beautiful births over 37 hour at three different hospitals! I’m tired, but so thankful for the families I was able to support, and grateful to be home with my own. Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy to share that as of today I am DONA International certified. While I’ve been doing birth work for a while (and certified by Harmony doula Mentoring), this new certification will enable more clients to get the services covered by their insurance!

Doulas do exactly that; beyond reducing the risk of cesareans, reduction of use of Pitocin and pain medications, doulas help birthing people achieve a positive birthing experience to carry throughout their lives.

After supporting 7 (!!) labors in recent 3 weeks I'm on a vacation with my family. While keeping in touch with my latest clients and reflecting on the past month, I realized I have mostly full availability for September onwards. If you, or someone you know may benefit from birth support - lets be in touch!

I loved working with all of my clients, and besides one sweet family that had an unplanned c-section, all delivered the way they wished for (including 3 unmedicated VBACS!). Its my pure honor to be accompanying these people in such a special time in their lives; helping their voices to be heard, their preferences be respected and them having a good experience as they are expanding their families.
