This patient is only ONE week post-op, and despite some expected swelling, you can already see a major difference.

This patient wanted to address his double chin and achieve a more defined neck and jawline. I performed an in-office submentoplasty combined with liposuction of the neck and jowls, along with light fat grafting to the chin. The result is a natural-looking contour that enhances his overall facial balance. The procedure was done under local anesthesia only, avoiding general anesthesia and operating room fees, making for a smoother recovery and more cost-effective option.

Only 7 days out from submentoplasty, neck lipo, RF microneedling, and facial fat grafting — and already looking incredible. Minimal swelling. No bruising. Sutures still in.
