Our Food Council recently decided to implement a monthly "Residents' Choice" meal. 🍒🍽🌮

The first dinner was a taco casserole with all the fixings, Spanish rice, and a cherry fluff dessert. The cherry fluff recipe was contributed by resident Rosie, who is pictured with dietary manager Lori Frye.

Championed by Marian McQuade, National Grandparents Day was officially established by President Jimmy Carter in 1978, designating the first Sunday after Labor Day as National Grandparents Day to strengthen intergenerational bonds and recognize the importance of seniors. 👴👵💕

Recently, residents were treated to a skills demonstration by City of Marinette Police Department Officer Ryne Francour and his K9 partner, Officer Lonzo. We were able to watch Officer Lonzo in action as he carried out a search. 👮🚓🐕
