Boy did we have fun with this year’s scarecrow 🤓 We decided to make him a fisherman who’s kicked back in his lawn chair waiting for a that big fish to bite 🐟 And with the help of Cheryl’s son, Chandler, we constructed a lighthouse that actually lights up @ night! I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Purple Peel Exploit” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.
