ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are a busy office looking for a full time employee. Hours are 8:00-4:00 Monday – Friday. Salary is commensurate with experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to multi-task, be self motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
High School diploma or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for verifying insurance benefits, billing all payers, and follow up as needed.
Receptionist duties, faxing, copying, answering phones, and scheduling.
Greet and assist patients as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of administrative experience is preferred but not necessary.

SKILLS:

Good verbal and written communications skills.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Must have the ability to work with patients of all demographics.
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
