As we step into September, I’m feeling refreshed after the August Sacred Pause and ready to share what’s ahead for Glimmer Garden. 🍂💎

I’ll continue walking alongside my current Root to Rise Journey clients, but I won’t be opening up new 1:1 sessions just yet. This season is about tending to the roots already planted.

🌿 Taking a Sacred Pause 🌿

For the month of August, I’m taking time for myself—to heal, to nourish, to grow.

There will be no events, no new client sessions, and no in-person Glimmer Garden sales during this time. I’ll be focusing inward, tending to my own roots, and listening deeply to what’s needed next.

✨ I’ll still be here for my current clients, loved ones, and the nonprofit, but ask kindly that my boundaries be respected while I move through this personal season of restoration.

I’ll share updates again at the beginning of September. Thank you for your patience, your support, and for holding space as I return to my own inner garden.

🌈 A Reflection from Root to Rise 🌈

This program… it’s been a lifetime in the making.

My entire life, I’ve been living this work—navigating shadow and light, breakdown and breakthrough. But it was only in the last 6 years, when I truly devoted myself to the deeper inner work, that the bigger picture began to emerge.

Through journaling scattered thoughts, tracking emotional patterns, and writing pieces of my story—something powerful happened.

I saw my own healing journey laid out like a map.
And that map?
Became this journey.

What I’m creating isn’t just content. It’s a soul offering. A piece of me.
It’s the framework I wish I had when I was lost.
It’s the integration of lived experience, spiritual embodiment, and psychological insight.
It’s a guide, not a prescription—because every healing journey is sacredly unique.

I'm filled with gratitude for all the versions of me that walked through fire, sat with pain, and still chose to rise.

And I’m proud of the time and heart I’ve poured into this.
This means everything to me.

To the creators, the seekers, the healers, and the visionaries:
YOUR story holds power.
The way you’ve made sense of your life is medicine.
Speak your truth. Walk your path. Share from your soul.
That’s where the magic lives.
