"In the latest episode of LiveSTRONG at the YMCA, Mmymca edition, we ventured to downtown Marinette. Where Kaitlyn Halwani, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki master, and Certified Sound Healer and Danielle Antonson, a Certified Therapeutic Hypnotist demonstrated their healing skills.

Thursday we return to the gym ..cardio, strength training. I'm proud of the progress and dedication they are seeing and showing! I think they are also! "

Trivia at Spirit House for Corporate Challenge was a blast!

A 1 point lead after day one.

YMCA 2025 Corporate Challenge has started! Sunday was the first day in 5 years that 10 teams formed by area businesses came together to compete. Sunday included
- Photo Scavenger Hunt around town
- Bowling at Dome Lanes
- 3 Point Basketball Shooting Contest
and Dodgeball both located at Marinette High School

UPDATE: After day one Samuel Pressure Vessel Group is in the lead by ONE POINT with Emplify Health by Bellin close behind.

Join Melissa from Fox Valley Latin Dancers for a 45 min Latin dance class! You’ll get a taste of different Latin dance styles including Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, & Merengue. No partner needed and all levles welcome! Ages 18+

American Red Cross course for ages 12 and up. This course will help participants recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies. You will learn skills to give immediate care to meet the immediate needs until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

A progressive skills based program open to all children in Kindergarten (or age 5) and first grade in the 2025-2026 school year. This program offers weekly sessions that work on fundamentals and focus on skill development. That progresses into game-like situations by the end of the program.
