The next season of LiveSTRONG at the YMCA is scheduled for Feb 9 to April 29, 2026. 9:30 AM-11:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays!

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is an FREE evidence-based program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis.

This small-group physical activity and well-being program which meets at the YMCA twice a week for 12 weeks for 90 minutes each session.

A progressive skills-based program open to all children in 2nd and 3rd grade in the 2025-2026 school year . This program offers weekly sessions that work on fundamentals and focus on skill development. We will progress into controlled scrimmages and game-like situations by the end of the program.
