Championed by Marian McQuade, National Grandparents Day was officially established by President Jimmy Carter in 1978, designating the first Sunday after Labor Day as National Grandparents Day to strengthen intergenerational bonds and recognize the importance of seniors. 👴👵💕

We are celebrating our "champions" for National Nursing Assistants Week, which runs from June 12-18! This week recognizes the contributions of Certified Nursing Assistants, who play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare and support to residents.

We had a games tournament week! We played Bubble Bingo, backgammon, vintage video games, color race, and Trivia Crack Connect 4. Everyone enjoyed themselves!
