🌟 Meet Michael Fekete , our Treasurer and Accountant.
For the past 10 years, Michael has dedicated his time and expertise to the clinic, believing that everyone deserves access to healthcare. As a CPA, Michael brings precision and care to our finances, but he’s also known for his great sense of humor! He reminds us that giving back to the community is both meaningful and joyful. 💙

With a background in sociology and a deep commitment to community, Nels believes the clinic embodies the idea that “we are all in this together.” Inspired by his wife’s decade of volunteer service at Mayo, he’s passionate about ensuring care reaches those who need it most. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him fly fishing, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on his favorite sports teams. 🐟🏀

At the Free Clinic of the Greater Menomonie Area, we believe everyone deserves access to quality care. That’s why we provide primary health services and preventive health education to our neighbors in Western Wisconsin who have no health care alternative or are under-insured.

Together, with the support of our volunteers and community, we’re building a healthier future for all. 🌿✨
